Wonder what it's use was? I blew up the picture and it has that crane sticking up through the roof and looks like a bunch of hose or pipe in the back cargo area.

I think it's used by the US Geological Survey but I don't know what for.

Nice! I think that carrier is from a K5 Blazer....

And I've seen a Suburban with that crane also with GSA Plates; it was used originally by the Bureau of Mines, but I think after that agency was closed in 1995, their rigs ended up all over the place.
