A side entrance with a sewn in awning. Some may have then, mine does not. The entrance coming in right where the ladder is in the way was not a great idea. Also the sloped walls could use a awning when its raining.
There all more or less the same . The ladder does not get in the way on my Globetrotter or my Autana . Plenty of room for a couple of puppy crates or a cot or two. More room in the Autana then the globetrotter. But it has come in handy for a couple things ...first it's nice to use as a changing room, get your clothes and shoes on before you head out. And for when it rains it's nice to sit and watch where it's dry. The globetrotter I put a roll out rubberized mat down because in there infinite wisdom they put a worthless mesh mat to lay down in it . I prefer the tepui for a number of reasons !!!
I love the annex room for the same reasons. Having a place to stow gear and dress out of the weather really makes them worth taking. I was just thinking that a side entrance with a sewn in awing would make them even better. My last 2 outing have been during downpours so I was able to really test their function during bad weather.
