I want it to have almost a prerunner style to it. Lights, stinger style bumper, 2 to 3 inch lift. Then just stuff that cleans up the lines and does something about that awful plastic that fades!
I've posted some details on my WJ here...

My lift is a 4" Iron Rock Off Road kit (not the long arm kit) and I'm running 31's right now. As far as lighting goes, I strongly recommend LightForce Striker 170's from Sierra Expeditions (get ready to empty your bank account there...that place is awesome...unfortunately I'm already broke! :sombrero
I originally had a 2" budget boost lift...my tires rubbed over any kind of bump or turn with my bigger tires....it wasn't even worth the $ or effort for 2". Seriously, if you're looking to do some overlanding and want some decent clearance without spending a fortune, I would certainly go with the 4" lift...and get some rock sliders/rails too.
As far as the fading plastic you're talking about...I've actually used spray-on bedliner I bought from Home Depot. You can kind of see the color difference from the blue and where I've sprayed the bed liner here...
