Stumbled across this:
http://www.amazon.com/Sunforce-50044-60-Watt-Solar-Charging/dp/B000CIADLG/ref=pd_bxgy_auto_img_a
Seems to be well-regarded with 4+ stars across 68 reviewers, and it's half of list price according to Amazon. Interesting in that it includes the regulator, an inverter, the panel frames and all the wiring. But even for just the panels, $5/watt is good pricing. No way to know how long this price will stay around.
The drawback, especially for mobile use is that the watt/area ratio is way bad. The Earthroamer Jeep's Sharp panels get 80 watts out of an area not too much bigger than just one of these panels. But it you have a stationary location--or just want people to think you have huge solar support without paying for it
--these might work for you.
