Superb service from Superwinch
All I can say is Superwinch is wonderful company to deal with. I purchased one of the original EPi9.0 winches to hit the market. Over time the rubber boots on the cables have not faired so well against the elements. After perusing the Superwinch Online store for replacements part with out success, I emailed their customer support inquiring into purchasing new boots. Within a few hours I was contacted by a representative. He asked only one question. “What model winch did I have?” After that he told me that he was sending new boots immediately at no cost. Upon confirming my address he informed me that later production runs of this model have a new boot that should weather the elements without deteriorating.
I managed customer support departments for years and this type of service speaks highly for the company and the type of employees they hire.
