Sway bar bushing end links take a beating so the bushings get flat or crack.
Local parts stores like Oreily's carry a universal sway bar bushing kit.
The trick to installing them is just un bolting the one nut on each side so you can swing the bar up and off of the end link.
Install both lowers before you swing the bar down because you can't move the bar with one side bolted down.
The proper torque is like similar bushings that come with a washer. You tighten it until the bushing bulges to the size of the washer.
The frame bushings can also be swapped for better ones but the end links are the ones that wear out first. While its loose you can see if the frame bushings have slop. I've put these upgraded poly bushings in vehicles before and they are a $15 mod that you can do in a 1/2 hour. They tighten the ride back up on the road.
