Well, the Craigslist ad shows it at $8500, but its July ebay listing with the no-show auction indicates it could have been bought for $5500, and the seller confirmed to me that it still for sale. It is among a decent number of others for sale out there that I try to keep a reasonable track of on the Google map I maintain as a supplemental thing for the 'for sale' list we have at our Chalet owners' & enthusiasts' forum. I'll have to find time perhaps tomorrow to add this one to the map, but other priorities sometimes get in the way....
