OK I have a number of swivel seat bases (only 1 with me in LA) that came out of my ambulances. These were all made to have the seat belt at the seat level not attached to the floor.
1- SOLD ********** Lets call this one the frame base. Bottom bolt holes are 16" x 16". Top holes are 12 1/4" x 14" and it is 9" from bottom of base to top of top plate. $100
I do have this one in LA with me at the moment if that helps anyone out.
2- SOLD Heavy pedestal type with seat belt. Base holes are 9" x 9". Top plate holes are 11" wide by 11" deep on the slides. 19" between the seat belt uprights. 11 3/16" base to top of slides. $75 This has a rusty base plate that should be replaced. 1/4 plate.
3- SOLD Heavy pedestal without seatbelt and slides (I cut the seat belt mount off and still have it here if you want to weld it back on). Same dimensions as #2 except 10 1/4 high. $75
