The good:
- Tent is in excellent condition.
- No cuts in tent material, always kept covered and cleaned.
- Interior mattress is like new and includes an anticondensation mat.
- Mesh netting and zippers are mint, no rips or tears

The bad:
- Bottom of tent platform as some marks from taking on and off of vehicles
- The cover is faded and has some scrapes but is 100% functional

This tent was the lightest 4 person model that I could find at the time, the Baja model and weights about 124 lbs. The tent was mostly mounted on top of a trailer and used about 25 nights. We comfortably slept two adults and two kids in it. The trailer is sold.
