Their website is up with two used rigs for sale. Are they in business or not? No one answered the phone when I called today.

I have seen bankrupt business's web sites stay up for a long time after the bankruptcy. This is due to them paying their web site providers 6 months in advance, for example. Nobody is around anymore (or has the money for) to update the site or close it. Kinda like the signs on the building. There is a Tippins restaraunt near me that was torn down over 15 years ago but the sign still stands! Arlington, Texas Cooper street and Mayfield Lane.

The big lot on the corner is where the building was:

Xpedition Vehicle Service is in business. They own the earthroamer.com domain.

I would think that the creditors would own all the intellectual property of a failed business. This should include the brand name and I would imagine would extend to the website as well. When Bigfoot went down, the brand and all the molds were considered "intellectual property" and were auctioned off with the rest of the company.
