Awesome. How does it feel with the 5:38s?

Great so far, although I haven't gone over 45mph yet. I'll take it on the freeway tomorrow and report back.

It drives and rides excellent with this setup! Very pleased.

Aside from the gears, what made you decide to have 4WP install everything instead of doing it at home with a couple buddies helping? And you are going to love those km2's.

I've known the manager at my local 4Wheelparts for over 10 years now and he really hooked me up with installing everything. Plus they have all the tools to make it easy and I had no time to do it myself!
Love the KM2's so far. Very smooth! Can't wait to get them dirty!
Make sure 4WP realigned all your tires!
Done!

Some sort of lost...
Very nice. What have you done to beef up the axles to handle the 37s?

I was thinking the same thing. Looks great (I'm also partial to the black/white theme) but I'd be working on the axles a bit myself.

I'm running 35s and paranoid about bending the front axle. I have inner axles sleeves, c gussets, an axle truss and synergy ball joints for my front d44, going in next month. My next upgrade will probably be synergy front track bar, tie rod, and sector shaft brace. I think my personal minimum would be to also upgrade axle shafts and of course re gear before running 37s.

Are you planning to change the front driveshaft? The transfer case output shaft angle on the 2011 may look different than my 2012, but I didn't like the way it looked at all on my 3.5" lift. I ended up with a Tom woods double cardan front driveshaft which has a much larger range of movement.

Nothing yet, trying to gather up some more funds. Still deciding on sleeves or Truss.

Thanks, I will eventually paint the rims and front grill black.

I do not plan on doing any crazy crawling. I do a lot of desert trips, Mojave Rd a few times a year.
I would like to beef up the D44 and upgrade the axle shafts before changing the front driveshaft. I have a 2011 and the front angle is not bad at all.

Some recent updates....

OR-Fab front and rear bumper and spare tire carrier with Rotopax and HiLift mounts.
DirtBagz side storage.
PowerTank mount for my 10lb CO2 tank.
SmittyBilt seat covers with Molle bags. Waiting to install the rear molle tailgate piece till after rear LED lights are wired.
Flat Fenders - cut down the stock (No more rear rubbing of the 37s!)
Had T&J Performance out of Orange, CA build up their race spec front axle truss, skid plates and gussets. They will do my rear axle in the next few months.

LED lights going on in the next few months.
