I'll let you guys figure it out but this is what you get when a girl helps you lift the camper shell

Did some fitting on the kitchen pullout.

I couldn't use sliders because it would extend into our sleeping area so I just made some rollers on an aluminum track

Rolls smoothly so just need to get some legs to help balance the other side of the kitchen box. Right now it's just sitting on our folding table and some blocks but just giving you all the final layout of the trailer.

Fender placement is probably spot on but need to bust out the welder so I can mount the side steps to which the fenders will be mounted

This thing is getting so close to being done but I haven't had the time to put as much work in as I was before but I feel we might be rolling solid in the next month

That's awesome! No worries...that axle actually got purchased over the weekend. And someone from your neck of the woods will be taking the tires and wheels. Might be seeing you soon!

Here is the latest on the lift mechanism. I ended up taking out the screw drive and just opting for a 2000lb winch. I had it laying around. Though the drill motor was working it got pretty hot so I could tell it was working overtime just to lift 18". Also since gas springs stop at 16" stroke before going to custom sizes I figured why not use more power and not bother with spring assist.

I will be putting in stop blocks on each corner as safety precaution when the lift is up just in case the cable system fails but being a rock climber and not relying on one rope for safety I doubled everything up. The top weighs a lot so I'm not screwing around when it comes to safety. Anyway off to mammoth for last season ride session and then hopefully more finish touches with the trailer. Have to work on storage compartments and weather stripping around the door

Where's ur door at?

Damnit....I knew i forgot something. Actually a few posts back there are pics of the door. framed out. It's in the back. it's actually "two" doors since they sit on two different planes so they slide together when the top is in operation. they can be opened or closed when the top is in either the up or down or anywhere in between position.

I love the fact that you overcame the welding of aluminum by just using angle brackets. If I rebuild my lid, I may go that route. Wish I had thought about that. Nice job!
