The latest bit of great kit!

Tom Woods..

I have recommended and sold his products forever, I've got them on my trucks.
I needed a new shaft for the front of my 110 and figured I'd get the latest Tom had to offer..

All I can say is WOW! In so many ways! Being a gearhead this sort or quality for such a abused and ignored component just gets me fired up!

So in a shameless plug for Tom... These are a must for long lasting trouble free shafts..

Oh yeah, you can work out "Rover" details though me if you want.. the price is the same..

The man is an artist, and even though it will cost me more (shipping), I will have him build my next set of driveshafts. I've been buying his stuff for many years, and recently had a highly recommended local company build a driveshaft for me. It's amazing the difference. He takes essentially the same components as everyone else, and makes a superior product. Even if he doesn't personally build it, you can bet it meets his standards.

I have had good luck with Tom as well. Even when I was having problems with a driveshaft that he built for me, he was great to work with, took care of the problem, and got me back on the trail in no time. The driveshaft I sent to him for repair was delivered to him in the morning (UPS), and was shipped back to me that very afternoon.

It is always nice when you call a business and instead of some flunky, the owner answers the phone....

I put my new TW front double cardan shaft on about 2 weeks ago and I'd have to agree! Except mine has the flaky black paint :)

I bought a rear DC shaft from him in july and hopefully I'll still be able to use it when the toy swap goes in this week.

To your door that Double Cardon Shaft is about $400.

Tom have brought a few new tricks to the game. Many of the new components are exclusive to him, Steel not cast iron.

He's also eliminated the requirment for any sort of adaptor for our LR's.

I could go on about these, the high capacity of misalignment, the beef in the DC's collar and centeing ball. I'll leave it to say that this new version is better than before and they were great then!

Nice Keith! When I did my lift I ordered the front and rear shafts in the double cardon from Tom and couldn't be happier. The most impressive part was when I moved my rear axle back 2" and sent the rear shaft back with the revised measurements and the total cost for everything was $60! Where did you put the, "My Shafts a Woody" decal? :sombrero:

I have Tom Woods on both of my trucks and couldn't be happier...

His service is quick and courteous and his drive shafts are bomb proof.

No shame in that plug Revor....

Keith,
I need to call you about a vibration I only get on downshifting. If I push in the clutch and simply brake there is no vibration. Also have Salisbury slop and the Aussies tell me its the drive flanges ?
