The new device

Hi, all
I am new here, and I think my problem can be solved in here. My old diagnostic device is broken, and I intend to purchase new one. The new device should be easy, because the previous diagnostic tool was difficult for me to operate. I search the related products on the internet and found the new device JLR Mongoose in uobd2, how about it? anyone konws? Thk!

There are a number of "idiot" proof very entry level devices which you simply can plug in, and automatically clear faults and such.

Can you explain what you are trying to accomplish with a tool?

What did you have before that is broken?

I searched and found the device, which seems to be the writers intention. The device is an OBDC2 to USB interface. There is no mention of software that comes with it, so the purchaser might likely be on their own for software and updates.

Sorry for the late reply. The autologic system comes with different vehicles loaded and the price varies depending on how many models are included. I paid 3500 for the box with the new Range Rover software but I got it used.

the MKIII AllComms device by Storey Wilson is a great, cheap way to access all the computers on a MkIII, but it is only good for 2003-2005 models. Not sure what year yours is.
