Since there is a "Tonight's Dinner Will Consist Of... " thread why not one for breakfast (didn't see a thread on this yet).

So it the spirt of the "Tonight's Dinner Will Consist Of... " thread post up you breakfast photo's. :chef:

This morning breakfast consisted of:

Sauage, red peppers, onion, eggs (added after the photo was taken) and harsh browns. :drool:

I can't take a picture because I already ate it.

But we used some left over tater tots from eating out for lunch yesterday and green pepper and onion and eggs and scrambled it all together, then mixed it with some shredded cheddar and topped it off with fresh ground black pepper.

I like the idea, but I vote for brekkies in the woods, not at your kitchen table. I'm impressed when folks whip up a gourmet breakfast in the wind and rain over a campfire... no so much at your kitchen range

I like the idea!

We went to bed with a howling wind and cold and woke up to snow. The little white dots are the snow, and the shivering of the photographer indicates the cold and the blurred shot. French toast and breakfast sausages by Michael.:costumed-smiley-007

breakfast in the woods is my fav part of camping. usually do bacon hasbrowns and eggs. im hungery now....

One of our favorites is a sausage egg sandwich.
Consists of:
1) Adel's Chicken Apple Sausage
1) Hogie roll, I prefer sourdough
1 or 2) Eggs over easy
Layer of mayo on each side
Splash of Tabasco

Make sure you got a paper towel cuz the yolk gets nice and runny.
Its also easy to eat while standing over your buddy watching him wrench on his broken down heep.
