Those are actually quite funny. He kept praising the Defender for its greatness in comfort and hill climbing, but the cruiser won? Do you think its bias, or actually honest?
He mentioned the comforts of the two for about half of the first vid, the land cruiser clearly won out for its B pillar placement, rear cargo area, and its rear window superiority. However; the Land Rover got great regards in its dashboard and center "cubby hole"
As for driving, i think they may have screwed up a little. It seems that the land rover decided when to lock its axels, where the cruiser was selectable (big advantage IMO). Also the rover had terrible hill decents. If the vehicle is in low range that should have been disabled. The cruiser really didn't have problems when it was locked up, the landy didnt have much of a problem either, but it was doing the selecting for the driver. I dont like it when the car thinks for me.
Over all i bet the cruiser is more affordable with a bigger aftermarket of useful off road products.
