Thoughts on keeping electric components cool in a box

I'm building a box to house my solar controller, inverter, fuse block etc to take over the drivers side jump seat in my x-cab tacoma.
Since these components generate heat, I would like to consider an exhaust fan wired to a temp switch so that it can automatically turn on when the temp reaches say 100° in the box.
Anyone know of such a switch for a reasonable price? I have a 12v PC fan already.

Thanks as always for the wisdom 'round here!

I'd recommend a input fan to blow cool air into the box.

have a fan on either side of the box, and it'll take no time to cool it below 85
