FYI: Costco sells a great Korma sauce...in the open refrigerated section near the cheeses, oysters, fresh salsa, etc. It is about $7 per quart. And it is incredible. I have made this from scratch...and unless you're making buckets of it you simply can't make a quart for $7. Anyway...just simmer beef, lamb, chicken cubes in it for 30-minutes and you're set: Great for camping too!

korma sause isnt the same stuff i dont think. its close, but the marinade for this and the sause are amazing, its totally worth the prep time.

Indian food is great camping food, most all dishes can easily be prepared at home. I use the vaccum sealed bags and throw them in the fridge, the vaccum helps the marinade get deep into the meat. All you have to do is cook rice at camp, you can warm the pre-made sauce in a pan or you can warm it by boiling it in the vaccum bag.
