Tire size questions for the GX470

Hello all

I just bought a 2007 GX470 and am liking it allot, I have been reading here till my eyes bleed lots of good stuff.

I need tires and am looking at the Cooper Discoverer A/T3's in size 285/70R17 , will that fit a stock non lifted truck? Will they rub?

Also is there a speedo correction fix when going to a bigger tire size?

there is someone near me who has a GX on 285s. i don't know the details of it rubbing but it sure looks good. i imagine that since 285's rub on a 5th gen 4runner, they would on the GX
