Tire size questions

Here is the deal I have a 2000 E350 PSD Quigly, I keep sneaking up on tire size my newest set are 33 inches tall but I am trying to decide on my final tire size. I think I want to run a 37 inch tire I do a lot of hard wheeling with my van and when I am not wheeling I use it to haul toys so I do not want to lift the van any but I want to get the biggest tire I can fit under it with out rubbing. I do not mind taking a sawzall to the fender and putting a set of bushwackers on it to gain clearance. So my question is has anyone ran a new 37 inch tire on a stock Quigly and do the tires rub when fully tweaked out, if so what do they rub the frame, fender, bumper?? I already trimmed the bumper. How far back can you trim and mount the flares. Also does anyone have any experience with ats flares? Do they give more room than bushwackers??
Thanks for any input.
