Regardless of all this, I still don't like the big look of the 200 and will never consider buying one.

I bet they had to do very little to get the 200 stuff to fit and work. Hell we have had Tundra lift stuff under the 200 at the shop as well, turned out a little to tall.
So it is an easy option to offer it for the 200, if it exist already for the Tundra market.
