All 3 of these lights came on today as I was driving and stayed on until I turned the vehicle off. now they aren't on. Has anyone else had this problem?

It's very very common, but has a multitude of causes. You might need to go to a dealer to have the fault read.

Traction control, ABS, & HDC use the same wheel speed senser. That is why all three of them came on at the same time. It maybe a one time thing or it may come back. Like RLefebvre said, you may need to see the dealer to find out which one of the senser it is.

Could also be the actuator itself. I feel it's important to flush your brake fluid yearly to try and keep it clean.

This system is DEFINITELY one of the "electrickery" problems with the truck that is an achilise heel. The only good part is that when the system is malfunctioning, you're no worse off than any other truck that doesn't have the system at all.

Apparently the actuator is actually the same as that used on a Hummer, and somebody somewhere detailed a way to fix one of the common internal problems on it. Apparently when the dealer tells you the actuator is shot, you can actually open it up and resolder something to fix it.

It is comonl;y refered to as, "The three amigos" it comes with owning a Disco, and anyone who has for any length of time can tell you about it. You can google it and find hundreds of articles. Good luck.

I've had that problem for about a year on my 99 Disco II. Dealer diagnosed says I need to spend $500+ for some kind of ABS computer replacement. Right or wrong, I've ignored it as my Disco is worth less than $2,500 right now, has 150,000 miles and is beginning to show it's age despite great upkeep on my part.

My Lightweight is my real love so all truck $ goes into that not the Disco.

Biggest annoyance to me is the once per day that the bells ding and all 3 of those lights turn on. Drives my wife nuts which in turn drives me nuts!

Some people take the gauges out and remove the bulbs or put electrical tape over them. When buying a truck, you actually have to be careful that hasn't been done. Make sure the lights light up when you turn the key for ignition. If no, somebody may have covered the lights because the truck has a problem.

When I had the problem the dealer told me that it was due to aftermarket brake pads causing the harmonic sensors to trigger the fault. It went away, after I put a new set of aftermarket pads on.
