This is a bracket that allows the use of the Trail Gear Universal Winch Mounts for the 95-04 Tacomas. This is the bracket that comes with each Rock Defense Bumper.
If you plan on building a custom tube bumper, you will need this bracket. You will have to buy the Trail Gear Universal Winch Mount.
Comes with separate bracket to mount skid plate to the bumper bracket.
