I had a chance to bid on a old trailer we had at my rescue squad. I can't find any pics of it now but found one from way back when. Only issues I have found is the bottom of the tub has one spot that is rusted which I can cut out and replace. Can anyone tell me what kind of trailer this is. I find out on the 25th if I am the winner...if so I plan to restore it and make a build out of it.

going by the solid rear panel, four tie downs on the side, and black out lights it appears to be a WWll trailer. more pictures needed to pin down who made it.

Rounded fenders like that usually means it's a M100 I think.

That works as a starting point. I'm working tomorrow so I will try and get some current pictures.

I know the 100's can use the CJ rims. What is the size, backspacing and such for the rims?

Should be 16" wheels, with pretty deep back space, like 4"

4" doesn't seem 'deep', but the wheels are only 6" wide:snorkel:

Looks like an M100. Here's a bunch of pics, and even some data plates.

Pretty much the same as the later M416 trailers, but with round fenders.

Thanks...Sorry for asking so many stupid questions. I'm excited about the possibility of getting the trailer and trying to find the info prior to getting it.
