I have searched this and read every post I can find about SP3 fluid and Dex 2 and which fluid goes with what years. I bought a 97 Owners Manual from Ebay just to look up this one thing.
The Owners Manual says Dexron 2 but I've seen posts with people with newer and older than my 97 saying SP3.
When I get the engine back together, a trans flush is my next item. Do I do with the Owners Manual and use Dex2?
