Transmission Swap!

So, with 365,xxx KMs on Mr Bishi, it seems as if the transmission has decided to act up. It’s not engaging in either 1st or reverse. Injave to rev it up then it clunks into gear. Fluid levels are good. A transmission whisperer I know has suspicions that there could be a forward seal issue causing the problem. Apparently it would be a big job to fix. Luckily I have another Montero Limited that Mr Bishi cannibalizes to stay alive. Does anyone have pointer/links/YouTube videos with tips on this adventure? Going to swap them this weekend.

time consuming, dirty in convienant, but not complicated.

BE SURE u have smooth floor and adequate lifting devices.
death or serious injury are not uncommon in trans swaps
