For information about natural hot springs in the ID/NV/OR area, I'd check in with www.soakersforum.com. There are a number of guidebooks discussed there, along with a wealth of local and regional soaker's knowledge. There is a USGS table listing hot springs by state, with quadrangle and lat-lon data attached, too. You'll likely find most of the hot springs listed on the USGS table are fairly skanky mud pits and that the genuinely soak-able hot springs are well-identified, nice, and well-used.
