Its probably a custom made piece. If you have some sewing skills, you can buy the foam and sew the covers yourself.

This. It would be an easy project for anyone that can sew. 4" foam and a durable fabric. Materials would be well under $100.

OP, find a local seamstress that works out of their home, they'd likely be very affordable. Go to your local sewing cener or fabric / crafts store, there's usually a board or collection of business cards / references.

Also you can get some nice memory foam mattresses on Amazon. We got one for our little T@B camper. Then for $6 I got an electric carving knife at a thrift store and used it to trim the mattress down. Super easy and it looks clean.

Ditto on the cheap electric carving knife from a thrift/Goodwill/St. Vincint de Paul/etc....
They cut foam almost too good.
There are a lot of various densities (firmness) of foam to choose from. I/we like a memory foam "topper" to sleep on (Costco) over the main mattress/foam.
I you have a local overstuffed upholstery re-upholsterer you can consult, they should be an expert at judging the type, density, and quality of foam you want for your mattress when you tell them what kind of mattress firmness you sleep well on. They might even give you a good deal to buy your foam through them.
And they could wrap and sew a covering on the foam with however a high end fabric you choose.....
My upholstery guy loaned me his electric knife and gave me a can of spray foam adhesive plus various foam densities to glue the different layers of firmness together to get exactly the "feel" I was trying to achieve on an upholstery job. Then I brought back my foam creation, and he wrapped it in the fabric I chose.
Admittedly this was small town customer service at its best..... :)

Thanks Freeboard...! Any thoughts on 4" vs. 6" foam - there's a ton of options on both walmart.com and amazon. Incidentally, this is going in the back of a 2013 F150 with shell/topper. I'd prefer it to be multi-piece (rather than one large piece of foam) for easier removal and storage. Some already come with a cover (although have no idea how durable).

Thanks again for taking the time....keep 'em coming!

6" foam? Come on, this is camping not the Double Tree :ylsmoke: I only have a 3" foam myself and its just fine.

Hey, check out http://www.makethegoodthings.com/ She made some awesome soft storage compartments for my rig and is making a complete folding mattress for a friends van. (His mattress will be pretty plush, 3" of memory foam + 3" of higher density foam. Should make the double tree look like a twig. haha)

Might be worth seeing if she can make something up for you. She might even be able to make the covers for you and you could purchase and cut your own foam.

At times it'll be just me, but I have a pre-teen boy that loves camping and fishing and this would make an easy quick camp option. Thanks again for all the in suggestions...!! ericvs thanks for the contact info - I'll give her a call.

Looks like about what we use when camping from the pickup. A bedrug, and then two of the 4" medium density "camping pads" that are sold at most places that sell camping supplies. I used an electric knife and cut out the wheel wells. They lay down longitudinally, and roll up when not in use.
