Tundra Rear Suspension question

Lurker here with a question I have not seen answered in all the threads...

I have a new Tundra Crewmax SR5 with a Flippac. I plan on upgrading the suspension with mild lift and had planned a Bilstein 6112 front, 5160 rear with either a single add-a-leaf or Icon Replacement Leaf pack. When I got under the truck today, I noticed the factory leafs are totally flat. Only weight in the bed is partial wood frame (bench) and the flip pac - no gear.

Given that - it seems that simply an add-a-leaf, and maybe even the Icon pack may not be enough. Anyone with specific experience with weighting down tundras and successful rear leaf improvements? I took a photo - not super informative, just that the leaf has no arch to it. Anyone with the Dakkars installed?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

OME kit. 612's for about 150lbs and under for the front. The ome-cs055r for the rear rear. OME also has the D28XL as an additional leaf for that pack.
