The Turtle Expedition
The Turtle Expedition will again lead a small group of self-contained RVs on a fascinating adventure to explore the depths of Barranca del Cobre, Mexico’s Copper Canyon. Four times the size of the Grand Canyon and 1,000 feet deeper, it is home to the reclusive Tarahumara Indians. Experience two days in a Tarahumara village to witness their pagan/Christian Easter ritual. Take an overnight trip on the famous Chihuahua-al-Pacifico railroad, and a drive to the bottom of two of the deepest canyons. The trip is limited to 10 small self-contained RVs. All camping, train, and special events are included. Dates are March 26th to April 15th. Cost is $1,950 per vehicle with two people. Email us at Wescott@TurtleExpedition.com.
