Two Tracks Ranger

Nice truck!!, I also have a Ranger, an 09, nothing real special just about box stock, w/leer topper and a bunch of little things to make it a good cross country Expo truck, (DE I, II, III) among other trips. (I live in upstate NY) Just mounted a set of 265 70R 16AT tires on it, have not yet been into anything changeling yet tho. I have to agree with Scott B about a sleeping platform, storage underneath, and yes a basket mounted on the topper for other "stuff', even if you don't use it solo very much a two tier storage system is a good idea. I like the way your truck looks with the larger tires and slight lift, the color is good, (mine is dark gray) much better than EXPO white, Any way....... enjoy and keep us posted of the build and mods no matter how big or small. mjmcdowell :coffeedrink:

I was looking at the back ground in your camping pics. Were you in Ocala National Forest, around Hopkins Prairie?

Yes sir it was. It use to be one of our favorite sites for camping, but people have really begun to trash that area unfortunately. We are headed up there within the next few weeks to scout out some new sites.

I was able to replace the tie rods this weekend and the ride has improved drastically. I have a MV-50 that I plan to hardmount and also a Galaxy Tab2 10.1 for navigation. Those should be fun projects in the next week or so.

Also adjusted the torsion bar to level it out from side to side, I (for the moment) am done with the suspension.

(However new leafs packs may or may not be on their way.) Also awaiting the arrival of a 20" LED light bar.

Get a shell! When I bought my truck it had the shell on it and I wanted to get rid of it right away...ended up keeping it and now I loveeee my shell. I will never own a truck without one.
