TwoZone Suspended Baskets ?

Any body using the TwoZone suspended baskets in their fridge?
Mine seem to fit a little to snug, the lid on the fridge doesn't seem to want to close naturally? Do they require a little tweaking????

I have the ARB 45 and it's a snug fit for sure, but after using them on the last couple outings I can't imagine living without them.

mine is also an ARB 45.......snug as in, push down the lid with very light force??
Are you also using the factory full size basket at the same time????(TwoZone inside factory basket)?

Ours were the exact same way on the Engel so we figured we had the wrong size or something. Sent them back to Wendy and Wil at Sierra Expeditions and they were the correct ones...just needed a little bending and tweaking I guess. Haven't gotten them back yet but hopefully they fit this time!

Mine are a snug fit in the 45, but (as others have said) settle into place with use. I bought two sets, one for the fridge, and another for the Two-Zone up top. They really help with packing efficiency and ease of access.

They work great in my ARB 45 and/or my Engel. I love these baskets. So much easier and just the right depth to keep quick items just above the important stuff...AKA the beer. Yes, just a light amount of force to latch down the lid and you're good to go. Over time it becomes easier to close the lid.

The baskets are designed to technically fit the TwoZone units. TwoZone instructions on the basket state that you may need to bend them to fit certain models. The set we have required nothing... just drop them in and go! Others say that they need some slight bending to make fit.

I have an Engel 45 and bought the baskets about a year ago. They do fit a little snug and a light amount of pressure is required to close the lid. I've checked to make sure they aren't deforming the gasket or anything and all appears well. I may try to bend/tweak them a bit to see if I can improve it.

I will say this... I LOVE the baskets. They have made the fridge so much more versatile. Soft, uncrushable items can be kept safe now. Quick access items can be right on top.

Engel 45 from Pangea, TwoZone baskets from Sierra Expeditions... we have some great sponsors on ExPo.

I'm glad this thread came up.

I've been wondering about using the Two Zone baskets in a 45 for better air circulation since somebody, maybe articulate, mentioned it. Sounds like it's about time for me to start a tab at Sierra Expeditions.

I bought mine there! X2 on all of the other comments about utility.

Just got my Two Zone baskets in the mail today, thanks SE! They fit perfectly in my Engel 45, no lid issues, main basket issues, nothing. The lid closes just like normal, it's my new favorite mod. I'll test them out in Moab in about 2 weeks with some eggs in them.
