U500 won't shift..

I've got a problem with my 2003 manual shift North American U500...

It's started to not shift correctly sometimes.

Here's the symptoms:

1. In neutral, from a stop, I can paddle it into gear, it registers the gear change on the FIS, but pressing the clutch does not engage the gear.

2. In gear, with the clutch engaged, clicking the neutral button, does not engage neutral.

3. From gear to gear, say 4th to 5th, tapping the paddle and engaging the clutch does not change gears.

3. It doesn't happen all the time, sometimes it works as it should, but then doesn't.

It is also getting worse.

4. If I press very hard on the clutch, it will sometimes engage.

5. I haven't driven any other U500's so I don't know what is "normal" for clutch engagement, but my clutch engages the shift at the bottom of the clutch travel.

5. It doesn't seem to be the clutch itself, as it is engaging and disengaging the engine properly. The transmission also seems fine in that there is no slippage or issues once it is in gear.

6. Air pressure does not seem to be the issue, as I have had it do it with over 120psi in the tanks, and had it work fine with less than 110.

I am guessing it is either an adjustment on the clutch telling the computer when it is ok to shift, or a module that needs replacing... either way, we have a ton of snow right now, and I have no place to take it apart.

Before I go start ripping into it, I thought I would check here and see if anyone has any ideas and could point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Tim.

P.S. I posted this over on the Benzworld forum as well.
