Unimog in Santa Rosa, Ca - is this a good deal?

Not sure if this is a good deal or not, school me please. I'm a fullsize guy, but am in love with the unimog.

You don't see many hard cab 404's and it has the 2.8 (I hear that syncronizing the carbs is a pain in the A*%). If you like slow, noisy and only travel the back roads it will be awesome. If you need airconditioning and modern comforts then it is not for you. The price could be fair if the driveline has been well maintained. It is a 40 year old utility truck though so it's a good deal if you want and can afford another hobby.
