Upgrade a 5687 Warn with a 8274 motor?

Has anyone upgraded a Warn 5687 winch with a Warn 8274 winch motor, I'm also looking for the brake parts.

I know it is not an exact fit but maybe with a little lathe work it does.

This has been done. Search Pirate4x4 for the 5687. There is a thread there with a guy who did the same thing. I have a 5687 on Boomer..love that winch.
