Used DR 650 - problems to look for?

Hi,

I am going to look at a used DR 650 soon. Just wondering if there was anything in particular to look for. Seems a lot of folks here have them. Anything in particular to look for? It has pretty low mileage.

Have a 2007 and love it. There is tons of info on advrider.com and thumpertalk. I don't have lots of experience with them as I'm a new owner. The gaskets were better after 2004 I think. Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong. And the neutral sending unit screws tend to work themselves out at some point and then grenade the transmission so there is a DIY fix for the problem explained very well on both the above sites. If it's high mileage, you should definitely ask about it. I'm at 11,000 and it's high time I did this fix. Saving it for this winter. Other than those two things check to ensure general maintenance has been performed.
