(VA) 84' FJ60 3b Diesel,5pd,rust free

Update: New Suspension, Price... 2/4/11

This is feeler of sorts for my 3b powered 60. I picked the truck up a few months ago and love it, but am looking into buying a house, and don't have the need for two vehicles.

Originally a west coast vehicle, the truck is virtually rust free, there are two very small spots above each rear window along the rain gutters, they are easily taken care of, and not bad at all. Frame is good, no rot. Body is in pretty good shape, a few small dents and scratches, but nothing major, definatly presentable for the age.

Has a 3b/h55f swap that runs great. The truck is a bit of a dog on the highway, but plenty torquey around town. A re-gear would be a great upgrade, and is about the only thing left I would do. Always starts even in cold weather. I seem to average around 21 mpg in mixed driving.

The interior is hercu-lined, and has Saab leather seats in the front, they are fit the truck perfect and are very comfortable. Rear seat is torn, but salvagable. Has a Kenwood cd player and upgraded speakers.

Other modifications include:
-BRAND NEW OME-Dakar 4" Lift(springs,shocks,shackles,steeting stabilizer....)
-Brand new BFG A/T tires 33x10.50 (less than 1000miles)
-black steel wheels
-Defender roof rack
-ARB bull bar bumper
-Smitty Built 9k winch
-manual glow plug switch
-3" inch exhaust with flowmaster muffler
-Grill/vents painted black

probably more things that I am forgetting.

Tach is not working. Everything else works

I am asking $8,500 and am located in central VA. Feel free to email me for more information.

OMG!!! I wish it was two months later. I'll have the ex's car paid off then. This is what I've been looking for. Does it have air conditioning? Not a deal breaker, but very desirable here in Oklahoma.

c'mon! I survived an entire Tulsa summer with no A/C.

It's worth it!
