While looking for some parts I ran into this interesting critter:
The Verdier Camper

It seems to be based on a VW bus, but which model? is there a new one? I thought VW was toying with the idea of a retro bus and canned it. Sadly, there seems to be a lack of 4WD version.

Fascinating concept, thanks for posting. It does look alot like a VW bus.

Can't tell if they've built one yet? Or if it's an OEM offering? Hard to get specific details from the site, red dot award indicates they've built something ... 3 position suspension: road, off-road and camping - but no 4WD?

I like the eco-camper - the swingout kitchen and the passenger seat that morphs into a ladder, cool! Lots of possibilities - but pricey at $129,000.

this concept has been around for years. I doubt that they are actually closer to any kind of release.

I looked at their motor specs:
16:1 compression ratio
compression ignition
fuel: gasoline ?????

Something's not right....

This concept is published on YouTube for years.. It is only digital animation, there is no prototype yet..
