Verizon Wireless says their LTE data service is now available in 304 cities across USA. Here's a list, in alphabetical order by state

Verizon says that by the end of 2012, LTE service will be available in 400 markets, serving 260 million people. However, LTE coverage in rural areas will continue to be spotty. Verizon's goal is to add LTE to all its service areas, but it will take a while longer to reach all Verizon customers.
