Viaje al Sur: the Journey South

Hello All:
I've been lurking on the Expedition Portal for a while now and got a lot of useful information and ideas for our trip and Jeep here. So I thought it would be right to let you follow along: http://viaje-al-sur.com
My girlfriend and I are driving through the south west of the US for a few months in our super packed 1999 Jeep Cherokee, living on the roof. We're avid hikers and mountain bikers, so we're stopping at as many great spots as we can. We're currently in southern New Mexico, heading through SW Colorado, southern Utah, and Northern Arizona for sure. We would love to hear any suggestions of great off road drives, bike trails, or hikes you recommend.
