Victron multiplus 2k, BMV 712, color control and 2x125ah stark power lifepo4 batteries.
Ok, everytime I turn on the inverter I get a Low voltage alarm from the color control and at the same time it reads a 100% SOC. The BMV and BMS both say 13.6v @100% SOC but the color control is saying low voltage @ 9.34v while the alarm is set at 11.5v
I set the low voltage alarm to 7v just to see what happened and when I turned the inverter on the alarm tripped again so no matter what the alarm is set at it will will always trip.
-I tested the cables going into the inverter at the posts after the fuse and they read 13.6v
-I tested the batteries directly and they read 13.6v
Why is everything reading 13.6v except for the color control? I should also add that there was a glitch on the screen yesterday. The pages overlapped. It only happened once.
I called victron an they didn’t have an answer but think the batteries are causing the issue.
(The picture below is when I had the alarm set at 12.9v sonit tripped at 11.26v)
