These were $6k new. Inflation puts that at a little over $40k in today's money.

Not that it's relevant to this rig, because all its drivetrain and suspension is different and much more capable.

That’s pretty cool, all
my trucks when I was young were Toyotas.

I’d pay 40k for that long before I’d dump similar money into a “off-road “ teardrop (square drop)
