Just about done with my light sleeper When frame gets here . Should take two weeks to finish..
Planing to build off road trailer . So getting everything together . Need wheels & tires to roll trailer in shop. Will never see the road
The way this is being built, is from 1950-60 I am at Mather, CA (95655)

Any sides jeep wheel with big hole will work. . This side with one inch of foam is 24 lb 7 feet long made using rail top fiberglass components

Had few inquiries about information how the fiberglass parts where made. This was used in 1950-60 Became out of flavor when the fiberglass pull extruder came out.
. For using a single profile. Someone has made it in a bathtub, heater, wastebasket, for inside curve.

If you have a hard time getting your head around this. Take a box .Place some tape two inches from the bottom on the inside side. On the bottom of the box place tape two inches from the side. You will have tooling .If you pulled a part it will have the reset lip.
For the jeep people look at old bath tubs. trash basket at 99c store It has the older jeep profile.
