Try Craigslist. I just bought 4 wheels with o.k. tires a week ago just like the ones you are looking for--they were in Lomita.

I have the stock wheels from my 97 4Runner in the garage. They have some scratches on them so you might want to sand and paint them. How's $100 sound? I am somewhat local to you as well.
