WANTED: flip pac tent or rain fly

I'm looking for a rain fly for a flip pac or even a whole new tent for the flip pac. I have a flip pac from the mid 90's that has a homemade tent on it. I'm looking for something waterproof. I have a small flippac for a tacoma.
Any leads on somewhere I could buy or have one made would be great.
