Water coming in.

We're having a big rain storm here in Georgia tonight, and I noticed that my floorboard is again soaked. I can't locate where it's coming from. It usually happens after a big rain, and I'm worried about mold. Has this happened to anyone else?

1997 4Runner. Driver floorboard only.

There was a TSB on this, but for the life of me cant find it right now.

If you've ever had the windshield replaced I've seen instances where they didn't get a complete seal and water would come in through the gap.

Doors are all good, and I have no moonroof. I will check at the firewall, any more info on that one?

all seals and boots that penetrate the firewall. and the windshield/wiper shroud that always fills with pine needles etc...
also- roof rack mounts?
