Can one of these be mounted under the OEM JKU seat? I would love to make use of that dead space.

The seat supports are completely in the way for that, but I'm sure a decent welder / fabricator will be able to make a safe enough frame to replace the seat brackets and hold a tank under there.

Check out 8020's quick frame at 8020.net. Looks like it's pretty similar.

Thanks. I took a look at those once before and if memory serves, they're quite expensive. I just need to learn how to weld. I've been wanting to do this for a while now.

Don't Forget

if stock rear bumper is still in use you can mod that to hold water too. It holds about 8-9 gallons. I use it to great success. Aev also makes one that will hold water.

Ive seen the videos of the orange Jeep of YouTube, But I don't think it would work so well for me. Over here in South Africa we have the Euro bumpers with rear fogs in...
