Weatherproofing an aluminum clad camper

Hello all,

This is officially my first post, I am currently in the planning stages of building my first hard sided mini camper. Something like the picture below. This is just a starter camper something to get through the two tracks in the beautiful state of Michigan.

My question for you guys is what time can I use to seal the obtuse angles on the roof. For the 90* corners I am going to use standard camper aluminum with the vinyl insert.

That is what I used, but I run a bead of sealer under it as well.
