This little trailer was our version of "Ultimate Build". Its fully welded of marine grade aluminum, has no structural wood and all the white sheeting is ACM, an exterior sign material of aluminum and plastic. We are sailors and I am a professional boat builder turned designer, so much of the build is marine grade. Lewmar Ocean hatches and windows, tinned wiring, waterproof re-settable breakers, all stainless steel fasteners etc, and best of all: no paint. This thing will be around for decades like any quality aluminum yacht.
Sitting on Timbrens and 27" tires, it has 19+ inches of ground clearance below a heavy duty belly pan. We would be happy to upgrade the hitch for a buyer, the ball met our needs. Steps are welded stainless rigging wire to bend away when scrubbing the ground.
