24 spline axle count is small. However, I do know a fellow with 44 inch tires on a dana 44 (30 spline count) font axle and he never broke a shaft. Thats with both Hollister Hills and the Rubicon under his belt. His secrete? No lockers....

But who wants to wheel with an open diff?
